A consultation is simple and can be done in person, via email or telephone. Use our contact form or give a call to let us know what your ideas are regarding your seat. We can help you come up with a plan for your seat if you need some help. You email photos of your bike and/or seat to realdealseats@comcast.net or fax to 410-287-9069 with your name on the fax. No attention to: is required it will go right to our business office.
For gel installation in person while you wait, it helps to have the rider and passenger present to ensure that all adjustments are correct, we guarantee our service and will make any adjustments necessary until you are happy.
Depending on what your needs are for comfort we may need driver and passenger inseam as well as current bike and seat height. If you are sitting too far forward or backward we can accomodate you.
One of the biggest complaints is from passengers who feel too much pressure in their tailbone area. This is easily rectified by removing some material to adjust the position of the passenger.
